Refund Policy

If you have not signed in to Moodle, a refund can be requested within 14 days of sending payment.  As we incur some fees as soon as payments are made, a $15 administration fee will apply to any refund.

 

If it's been more than 14 days, you may request a 50% refund.

If you've signed in to Moodle, but you don't wish to write the test, you may request a 50% refund 

​

If your test access is expired, a refund is not available.

​

If you've opened the test and/or the ProctorFree application, a refund is not available.

​

If you've been accused of academic dishonesty, a refund is not available.
